This position is based at our Head Office in Amersham. You must live within a reasonable distance to the office or be willing to relocate by the role commencement date.

Job Purpose

You are responsible for delivering accurate and timely product creation across the full product range for The Entertainer and key partner channels.

You work within the Commercial Buying team, supporting the end-to-end set-up and maintenance of product data. You ensure all products are created accurately, in line with launch timelines, and meet the requirements of both internal teams and external partners. You work closely with Buyers and Assistant Buyers, following their guidance, while managing your own workload through a central product set-up document.

You play a hands-on role in the day-to-day execution of product creation, working through a continuous pipeline of activity to ensure all products are set up accurately and ready for launch. You are highly organised, detail-focused and take pride in getting things right first time. Comfortable managing your own workload, you are proactive in identifying issues and confident in seeking guidance where needed. You build strong working relationships with Buyers, Assistant Buyers and cross-functional teams, and bring a reliable, methodical approach to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Experience

1. Highly detail-focused, with a strong commitment to data accuracy
2. Experienced in working with product, pricing or commercial data in a retail or buying environment
3. Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver time-critical activity in a fast-paced environment
4. Confident using systems and spreadsheets to input, validate and maintain data (e.g. TRS,)
5. Comfortable working in a high-volume, process-driven environment with a continuous flow of activity.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain product records across core systems (TRS/Quant)
• Manage your workload through a central product set-up document, taking ownership of task completion
• Support the set-up of approximately 1200 SKUs per category, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data
• Liaise with the supply base to gather all required information for product creation, including imagery, dimensions, barcodes, pricing and launch details
• Support and resolve barcode and non-scanner issues across the business
• Create new line forms for partner channels, including (but not limited to) Matalan and   Moonpig
