As a manager, you will oversee a remote team in our partnership location, which is away from your store. This includes coaching, leading, and motivating the team to complete daily tasks efficiently, maintain operational standards and ensure stock availability.

When you can work

As a Manager, we will require you to work 5 out of 6 days. Saturday work is essential but you will always have every Sunday off when our stores are closed. We need you to be flexible with your hours and be able to work a 42.5 hour week, Monday to Saturday
