As a manager, you will oversee a remote team in our partnership location, which is away from your store. This includes coaching, leading, and motivating the team to complete daily tasks efficiently, maintain operational standards and ensure stock availability.

When you can work

As a Manager, you'll be required to work 5 out of 7 days, including Saturdays and Sundays. Flexibility in your hours is essential, and you'll be expected to commit to a 42.5-hour workweek Monday to Sunday.
